About the venues:

ABOUT BEACON HILL PARK CAMERON BANDSHELL:
Beacon Hill Park is Victoria’s largest park and has public washrooms, picnic tables and a children’s playground close to the venue. We encourage attendees to “pack-it-in/pack-it-out” and remember that there is no smoking in CRD public parks. Please respect physical distancing protocols. Hand sanitzer and masks will be available if needed.
Beacon Hill Park around the Cameron Bandshell is closed to car traffic, so attendees are advised to plan accordingly. Cycling, walking, and/or public transit encouraged. There are several bus routes which end at the BC Legislature, one block away from Beacon Hill Park. Or you can get bus route #3 or #1 which stop at the park. For those who are driving, there is parking along Douglas Street and by the Petting Zoo.
SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT BEACON HILL BANDSHELL EVENING EVENTS:
There can be mosquitoes in the bandshell area at dusk, so prepare accordingly.  For the SUNDAY NIGHT EVENT, to allow for enough darkness for the video content of this event, this event will end after dark. This is a park environment with uneven terrain, so be careful exiting the park.
ABOUT FISHERMAN’S WHARF PARK:
This park is adjacent to Fisherman’s Wharf on the Inner Harbour. There is a children’s playground located in the park. Washrooms are available on the docks on Fisherman’s Wharf. Please come prepared with water and sunscreen, and we encourage attendees to “Pack-It-In / Pack-It-Out” and walk / cycle / bus to our events. BC Transit Bus Route #2 has a stop right at the park. There is no smoking in CRD public parks. Please also be respectful of physical distancing – hand sanitizer and masks will be available if needed.

West Bridge Plaza is a recent urban park space located at 1 Esquimalt Road on the south Songhees side of the Johnson Street bridge (by the Delta Ocean Point Resort).  It is easily accessed by bike and pedestrian traffic coming from downtown or Vic West / Esquimalt.  The #14, #15, #24 and #25 bus routes drop off at bus stops at Esquimalt and Harbour Roads, a 1-2 minute walk away.  Public street parking is available along Songhees Road, and across the bridge at the Yates Street parkade. If bringing food and drink, please “pack-it-in / pack-it-out” and remember that there is no smoking in CRD parks.  Please respect physical distancing protocols.  Hand sanitizer and masks will be available for those who need them.

There is a children’s playground located in the park, and the event area is near the Gorge Waterway (great for swimming and paddle-boarding).  There are public washrooms in the Vic West Community Centre, immediately adjacent to the park. Please “pack-it-in / pack-it-out” if bringing food and drink to the park, and remember that there is no smoking in CRD parks.  Please also respect physical distancing protocols.
